Melissa E. Whitney
LEWISTON — Melissa E. Whitney, 46, passed away Dec. 1.
She was born in Lewiston, a daughter of Maurice and Georgianna (Benway) Albert.
She loved her children, Tia and Ricky, especially when they could all gather as a family. She enjoyed walking her dog Scottie, and sitting with her kitty, Samantha.
She will be missed for her daily phone calls to family, which always sparked a lengthy conversation.
She is survived by her son, Ricky B. Whitney, daughter, Tia Mullens, and mother, Georgianna Albert, of Lewiston; brothers, Danny, Timmy, Michael, Alton and Bobby; a sister, Patricia; sisters-in-law, Britta and Melissa; and 10 nieces and nephews.
