LISBON — Brian Craig, a 2009 graduate of Lisbon High School, has been published as a staff reporter on page one of The Tartan, the newspaper of Gordon College in Wenham, Mass.

Craig, a member of the Lisbon High School newspaper staff for three years, contributed numerous feature stories, roving reporter columns and photos for Maine newspapers and other media outlets.

He is the son of James Craig and Kathi Yergin. He was a member of the National Honor Society, Academic Advocate, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Interact Club, the basketball team and served on committees for the Prom and Project Graduation.

Craig received the National Honor Society Helping Hand Award, the DAR Good Citizen Award, the John M. Robinson Journalism Award and the Presidential National Service Award. He is a freshman at Gordon College majoring in youth ministries.
