Amelia Richard, 88, of Rumford, was taken by Med-Care Ambulance to Rumford Hospital after her 1994 Buick left Route 108 at about 3 p.m. Wednesday and traveled 20 feet through a snowbank, before slamming into the large boulder in the background at the base of a ledge of frozen waterfalls.
