We don’t have a climate problem. We don’t need health care reform. We don’t have recurring war issues. We don’t have a blockage in credit flow. Neither do we have issues with the economy, unemployment, underemployment, job loss, job creation, bailouts, banking, Wall Street, executive bonuses, wealth distribution, relocating jobs overseas, border control, gun control, the deficit, energy production, CAFE standards, oil, solar, wind, coal, natural gas, nuclear power, nuclear waste, high fuel prices, cap-and-trade, the grid, loud television commercials, opinion “news,” farm subsidies, dairy subsidies, corn subsidies, pesticides, herbicides, terrorism, education, identity theft, racism, sexism, ageism, religiosity, governmental oversight, governmental regulation, the Federal Reserve or conflicts of interest.

We, the people, citizens of the United States of America, have but one real problem. All other problems we, the people, face, fail in comparison. And when we, the people, solve this singularity of human behavior, the layers of this seemingly unsolvable puzzle will peel away with fairness, grace, dignity, humility and compassion. When we, the people, conquer our single most important problem, we’ll find ourselves on a Robert Frostian, less-traveled road. And that will make all the difference.

This single most important problem is stated with four words and can help us unmask the charade we call representative governing.

Real Campaign Finance Reform (RCFR). Its not the catchiest acronym out there, but if applied properly, we, the people, may get the representation that the Founding Fathers envisioned, fought and shed blood in order to provide.
