Lillian E. Brown
1924 – 2009

LEWISTON — Lillian E. Brown, 85, a resident of 90 Summer St., Lewiston, died unexpectedly Sunday, Dec. 20, at Central Maine Medical Center. 

She was born in Lewiston, June 15, 1924, the daughter of John and Emma (Hoffman) Hoy. She worked in the local shoe industry all her life, retiring in 1980. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and cooking. 

Survivors include one son, Walter Klymman of Lewiston; one daughter, Carlene M. Blanchette and husband, Michael, of Lewiston; two brothers, Charles Hoy and wife, Florence and Albert Hoy, all of Lewiston; and two grandsons, Michael and George Blanchette.
