Azilda V. Paturel

BRISTOL, Conn. — Azilda V. Paturel, 95, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2009, at Ingraham Manor in Bristol, CT. She resided previously at 215 West Main St., in Plainville, CT. She was born May 1, 1914 in St. Fortunate de Wolfe, Canada.
She worked for Landers, Frary, and Clark in New Britain, bur her greatest love was caring for newborns in the Connecticut area. She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Church in Plainville and the Plainville Senior Citizens Bowling League.
She is survived by her three sons, Ernest V. Paturel and his wife, Margaret of Englewood, FL and their children, Jeffrey, Gary, Valerie, Michael and Scott, Richard P. Paturel of San Francisco, CA, and John N. Paturel and his wife, Frances of Plantsville, CT; her brother-in-law, Paul Paturel and his wife, Marcia of Pineville, NC; her two nieces, Irene Charpentier and her husband, Eddie, Nancy Plaisted and her husband, Dick and their children; several great nieces and great nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest A. Paturel; her parents, Casimer and Aurelie (Lemay) Boucher; her two brothers, Arthur Boucher and Antonio Boucher; her two sisters, Yvonne Morrisette and Rolande Legere; and her grandson, Mark Paturel.
The family would like to thank the staff at Ingraham Manor for their loving care during her years there.
