AUBURN — Betty J. Martel, 88, a resident of 16 Dupuis Ave., Lewiston, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, at the Hospice House, after a brief illness with her loving family by her side as well as her life long friend, Claire Naum.

She also shared her passion of life with her friends, playing bridge, line dancing, and traveling throughout the United States and Europe.
She will best be remembered for her cheerful smile, her positive attitude, and zest for life.
