AUBURN — The East Auburn Community School will conduct a holiday bottle drive. Funds raised will help support PTO sponsored activities, including field trips and school wide activities such as Winter Carnival. Anyone interested in supporting East Auburn Community School can do so by collecting their returnables over the holiday festivities and then donating them to the school in one of three ways:

Returnables can be collected on the Saturday, Jan. 2 collection day. Call Chad at 689-3360 or e-mail EACSPTO@gmail.com to arrange for a home pick-up on that day.

Bags may also be dropped off at the East Auburn Community School between Jan. 4 and 15. Bags should be brought to the gym entrance on the left side of the building

Returnables may also be brought to the bottle redemption center at Florian’s Market, 310 Main St., during normal business hours, from  8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Tell the employee that the returnables are for the East Auburn Community School.

The bottle drive will begin a yearlong collection effort. After the initial drive is completed, donations will continue to be accepted at Florian’s Market. Any questions regarding the holiday bottle drive should be directed to Chad at 689-3360.
