Legion cribbage

DIXFIELD — The Dixfield American Legion will have couples cribbage at
noon Sunday, Jan. 10. At 11 a.m. a dinner of roast beef, mashed
potatoes, carrots, green beans, rolls and dessert will be served. The
cost is $15 for the dinner and cribbage. 

Seniors to meet

BETHEL — Bethel Senior Citizens Club will meet for luncheon at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, at the Bethel Inn. The price of
dinner is $12 for members and $14 for nonmembers. Reservations are
required before Jan. 11 by calling Nancy at 824-3350 or Arlene at
824-2877.

Fruit fundraiser

DIXFIELD — Seventh-day Adventist Elementary School and
Pathfinder Church Youth Group are having a fundraiser of red grapefruit, navel oranges and tangelos from
Florida.  Once a month through March orders will be taken. The last day to order for
January delivery is Friday, Jan. 1.  The fruit will be ready for pick up from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday,
Jan. 11, at the Dixfield Seventh-day Adventist
