Alice M. Bouchard
1937 – 2009

RUMFORD — Alice M. (Burnham) Bouchard, 51, of Spruce Street, Rumford, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, with her family at her side.

She was born June 12, 1937, the daughter of Maude A. Burnham. She graduated from Mexico High School. She enjoyed knitting, motorcycle riding, county fairs and did “Toys for Tots.”

She worked at local shoe factories and retired from The Balsams in New Hampshire.

Survivors include her sons, Edward Bouchard of Rumford and Peter Bouchard and his companion, Sandy, of Rumford; daughters, Delia (Bouchard) Downs and husband, Steve, of Rumford, Donna (Bouchard) Merchant and husband, John, of Canton, Pamela (Bouchard) Wilkins and husband, Boyd, of Dixfield and Wendy (Bouchard) Paul and husband, David, of Custer, Ky.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward; a son, Victor Bouchard; and a grandson, David Paul Jr. of Custer, Ky.
