FARMINGTON — H1N1flu shots will soon be available to individuals age 18 and
older from the Healthy Community Coalition. Coalition staff will be available to administer the
vaccine at sites throughout the community as follows:

Livermore Falls:
Monday, Jan. 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., FMH Outpatient Services.

Kingfield: Wednesday, Jan. 13, from 9 a.m. to noon, Webster Hall.

Jay: Thursday, Jan. 14, from 10 a.m. to noon, Spruce Mountain Pharmacy.

Additional community flu clinics will be announced.

It is recommended that residents first contact their primary care provider to
receive a H1N1 flu shot from them. Most insurance companies cover
the cost of receiving the shot in the primary care provider’s office.
While there, ask about the need for the seasonal and/or pneumonia
vaccination, which could be provided by the doctor’s office.
