LEWISTON — St. Mary’s Take Charge! community health screenings dates have been announced.

The screening will include testing total cholesterol and HDL “good cholesterol” along with a written
health risk assessment, height, weight and blood pressure measurement.
As part of the program, participants will receive a personalized review of results and health risks that will be explained by an exercise
physiologist followed by health education.

Screenings will be held on the following Wednesdays: Jan. 20, Feb. 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, Aug. 18, Sept. 15, Oct. 20, Nov. 17 and Dec. 15.

Screenings are by appointment only. Those interested in

777-8771. The cost is $25.
