NEW VINEYARD — Robert and Susan Brackley of New Vineyard are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Susan Brackley of New Vineyard, to Matthew Eugene Smith of Leeds, son of Wayne and Vickie Smith of Sabattus and Joan Milkes of Wells, Minn.

The couple is planning a Feb. 20 wedding at the South Lewiston Baptist Church.
