Donna W. Clark
1927 – 2010

AUBURN — Donna W. Clark, 82, a resident of Soper’s Mill Road, Auburn, died unexpectedly Friday, Jan. 8, at her residence. 

She was born in Kingfield, May 22, 1927, the daughter of Percy and Evelyn (Taylor) Wilber. She attended Kingfield schools and was a graduate of Kingfield High School. She then continued her education, graduating from St. Mary’s School of Nursing. After her graduation, she was an registered nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital for many years, until her retirement. 

She was a very family orientated person who loved making personalized Christmas stockings and making sure every family member had a hand knit stocking made with her love for Christmas. She especially loved making cookies for her grandchildren and always looked forward to her trip to the White Mountains, which she had done annually for the past 61 years. 

Survivors include one son, Craig Clark and his wife, Patricia, of Hudson, N.H.; two daughters, Lonna Bowie of Durham and Karen Pease and her husband, Skip, of Virginia Beach, Va.; two brothers, Reynold Wilber of Lewiston and Clayton Wilber and his wife, Hilma, of Kingfield; seven grandchildren, Joshua Stone, Erik Stone, Jami Pease, Andrea Pease, Tiffany Pease, Codi Clark and Chase Clark; and seven great-grandchildren, Joshua Stone Jr., Dillen Christian, Ashlyn Stone, Gage Stone, Tucker Stone, Isaac Brown and Kaelan Wroton; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Clark in August 2000.
