Incident Report Statistics:

Between 6 a.m. Jan. 3 and 6 a.m. Jan. 10, patrol officers responded to 75 complaints. Basic Traffic stops are not given a complaint number.

Arrests/Summonses:

On Jan. 6 — 11:40 a.m., Rene Giberson, 22, of Mexico, was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with operating under the influence on Franklin Street. Giberson posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on March 2.

On Jan. 6 — 3:55 p.m., Raymond Martin, 19, of Rumford, was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with domestic assault and violation conditions of release on Oxford Avenue. Martin was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.

On Jan. 7 — Daniel Marshall, 24, of Norway, was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with theft on River Street. Marshall is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on March 2.

On Jan. 7 — 4:15 p.m., a 17-year-old Carthage male was arrested on a probation hold on Congress Street by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld at the request of a juvenile officer. Juvenile was subsequently transported to Long Creek in South Portland.

On Jan. 8 — 12:53 a.m., Christel Dupree, 40, of Rumford, was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with disorderly conduct on Oxford Avenue. Dupree was also charged with assault, illegal possession of a usable amount of marijuana and illegal possession of paraphernalia. Dupree posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on March 2.

On Jan. 8 — 12:53 a.m., Sheri Mathieu, 41, of Rumford, was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with disorderly conduct and violation conditions of release on Oxford Avenue. Mathieu is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on March 2.

On Jan. 8 — 7:50 a.m., Timothy Gallant, 52, of Roxbury, was charged by Capt. Daniel Garbarini with theft on Hosmer Lane. Gallant posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on May 14.

On Jan. 9 — 8:52 a.m., Dawn Monte, 27, of Rumford, was charged by Sgt. F. David Bean with theft on Waldo Street. Monte is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on March 2.

On Jan. 9 — 10:04 a.m., Dawn Monte, 27, of Rumford, was arrested by Sgt. F. David Bean on a warrant for unpaid fines on Waldo Street. Monte was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Criminal Mischief:

On Jan. 8 — 11:56 p.m., Urquhart Street resident reported the back windshield of her car as damaged. The case is under investigation.

On Jan. 8 — 6:47 p.m., Washington Street resident reported criminal mischief to her car but refused to press charges.

Theft:

On Jan. 5 — 1:17 p.m., Forest Avenue business reported theft of a $1,200 computer. The case is under investigation.

On Jan. 7 — 10:45 a.m., Portland Street business reported theft of perfume. The case is under investigation.

Wanted:

Renee Siragusa, 22, of Rumford, is wanted for failure to pay fines for operating after suspension.
