BETHEL — Mahoosuc Realty announces that Joyce Pereira of Bethel and Rachel Duclos of Andover have recently joined the Mahoosuc Realty sales team.

Pereira came to the Bethel area 16 years ago as a restaurant manager and ski instructor.

Four years ago, Duclos relocated from Rhode Island to East Andover with her husband and two children. One goal was to establish a family business, which she and her husband successfully accomplished — Northern Home Care. N.H.C. is the service provider for Mahoosuc Rentals. Duclos previously taught preschool in Little Compton, R.I., and was the office manager for Pella Windows Inc. in Fall River, Mass.
