JACKMAN – International Sled Dog Racing Association musher Aisling Shepherd of Norway took 11th place in the Adult Four-Dog Speed class at the Keith Bryanr Memorial sled race Sunday.

Shepherd finished the 10.4-mile course with a total time of 49 minutes, 34 seconds. The event was hosted by the Jackman Mushing Association. It counts toward the International Championship Series for sled dog racing. Shepherd’s sponsors are Journey’s End Pet Crematorium, Blue Seal Dog Food, Boomer’s Pizza, Cafe Nomad, the Marstons and L.M. Longley and Son.
