MONMOUTH – Jack Traps, in association with the Sebago DerbyFest, will be hosting a youth ice fishing derby on Cochnewagen Lake, based at the Monmouth Beach. The date of the derby is Friday, Feb. 19, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. during school vacation week.

As there are no registration fees required of participants of the event, organizers are asking local businesses for donations to help cover costs. Also, please submit donations no later than Jan. 22 to guarantee your company’s inclusion in the advertising.
