LEWISTON — On Feb. 6, KeyBank will help low- and moderate-income Mainers file their taxes at 10 locations throughout the state, including Lewiston and Farmington, as part of Super Refund Saturday.
Organizers say the one-day event is especially for households earning $50,000 or less who qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit.
The special clinics will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Lewiston, Farmington, Bangor, Brunswick, Calais, Ellsworth, Machias, Sanford, Portland and Waterville. Tax preparation is available by appointment; filers should dial 211 to find the nearest tax site and set up a time to go in.
In addition to free tax preparation, many sites will offer financial advice and assistance.
