Student Senate

Student Senate is an organization that promotes school spirit, helps the local community, and provides representation for the student body to the school administration. This year Student Senate has been successful in hosting a fun and exciting homecoming week! In addition, Student Senate was able to donate to the Salvation Army and the Food Bank. Student Senate shares their talents and creativity to plan school dances including the upcoming ‘Under the Sea’ Semi Formal. During the Haitian disaster, Student Senate was able to hold a ‘Dress Down’ fundraiser in which students may wear jeans and t-shirts for $2. St. Dom’s students raised over $1000 to send to the Catholic Relief Charities. Student senate embodies the school’s motto of Integrity, Community, and Excellence.
