Cyrille Baillargeon

LEWISTON – A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Cyrille Baillargeon was celebrated by the Rev. Maurice Morin Saturday morning at Holy Family Church of the Prince of Peace Parish.

At the entrance of church, daughters, Cecile Langlois and Anita Grenier, placed the pall on their father’s casket which signified Cyrille’s Baptism into a new life. The First Reading was proclaimed by granddaughter, Celeste Horan. The Prayer of the Faithful was read by granddaughters, Ronda Lecompte and Amanda DeFlumere. Offertory Gifts were brought to the altar by granddaughters, Kim Hachey and Julie Laplante. Words of remembrance were shared by Cyrille’s granddaughter, Doris Webb. The vocalist was Danielle Faucher.

Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, Father Morin recited committal prayers during which a Prayer of the Faithful was also read by great-grandchildren, Logan and Lauren Lecompte, Marc and Adam Hachey, as well as Isaac and Liam Webb.

The pallbearers were grandsons, Troy Baillargeon, Shawn Langlois, Michael Lecompte, Steven Hachey, Daniel Horan, William Webb, Jason Laplante and Robert DeFlumere.

At the conclusion services, all in attendance were invited to a reception of fellowship at the Knights of Columbus Hall Council 106, in Lewiston. Arrangements by the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home, Lewiston
