Between 7 a.m. Friday, Jan. 22, and 7 a.m. Friday, Jan. 29, Lewiston police responded to 575 calls for service. Of those calls, 163 were motor vehicle stops.

Criminal mischief
A vehicle parked at 24 Elm St. had a windshield broken on Jan. 27 at 10:28 p.m. The suspects were two white male juveniles dressed in dark clothing who fled on foot toward the railroad tracks.
A window at an apartment at 127 Oak St. was broken on Jan. 27 at 10 p.m.
A vehicle parked at 740 Sabattus St. was keyed prior to 1 p.m. on Jan. 27.
A window to an entry door of an apartment at 202 Pine St. was broken by a thrown ice ball on Jan. 23 at 9:44 p.m.
Two parking meters on Canal Street were smashed and had all of their contents stolen sometime overnight Jan. 27 – Jan. 28.
Motor vehicle burglaries
A vehicle parked at the Kennel Shop at 20 East Ave. was burglarized sometime between Jan. 22 and Jan. 24. A box of syringes and needles as well as other animal supplies were taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at the Colisee on Jan. 22 was burglarized prior to 9:50 p.m. A purse was taken.
A vehicle parked at the Centreville Parking Garage at 60 Canal St. was burglarized between Jan. 24 at 6:30 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. on Jan. 25. A wallet and money was taken.
Theft
A green 24-inch LL Bean mountain bike was stolen from 28 Frye St. between 8 and 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 28.
An oil tank at a home at 174 No Name Pond Road had 100 gallons of fuel siphoned out prior to 7 p.m. on Jan. 22.
A customer of Flagship Cinemas at 855 Lisbon St. had an iPhone stolen from the bathroom on Jan. 22 at 11:30 p.m.
An employee of the Dollar Tree at 1035 Lisbon St. had her wallet stolen on Jan. 17 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. A debit card from the wallet was used for purchases throughout Lewiston.
A patron of the Lewiston Public Library at 200 Lisbon St. had their laptop stolen at 3:50 p.m. on Jan. 26.
Counterfeit
A counterfeit $20 bill — serial number IB44320557C — was received at the Getty Mart at 515 Lisbon St. on Jan. 28 at 5:20 p.m. The patron was an elderly male who had no idea the bill was fake and also does not know where he got it.
Motor vehicle theft
A blue 1998 Ford Explorer — Maine registration 9884QA — was stolen from the parking lot of Dunkin’ Donuts at 1124 Lisbon St. between 4:50 a.m. and 6:20 a.m. on Jan. 28. The keys were inside the vehicle.
Wanted
Tara Mckechnie, 30, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for disorderly conduct.
Daniel Coombs, 35, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for criminal trespass.
Sandra Libby, 23, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for theft.
