LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce, 415 Lisbon St., will host a seminar on the new Microsoft Windows 7 operating system from noon to 1:15 p.m. Feb. 10 at the chamber. The Computer Place Inc. will present the program, geared for computer end-users who have a beginner to moderate understanding of operating systems and what impact Windows 7 might mean for their business.
