Brittany Smyth has made the dean’s list for the fall semester at Mitchell College in New London, Conn., with a grade point average of 4.0. She is majoring in hospitality and tourism.

A 2007 graduate of The Gilbert School, Winsted, Conn., she is the daughter of Terry and Becky Smyth of Winsted, Conn., and the granddaughter of George and Carole Haley of Rangeley.
