Church event

SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner will hold its first
monthly senior bingo/luncheon at noon Wednesday, Feb. 17.
The lunch will include soup and sandwich, coffee, punch and water. The entry
fee for bingo is a candy bar, which will be used for prizes.

Poker tournament

NORWAY — Responsible Pet Care will have a Texas hold ’em tournament on Saturday, March 6, at Charlie’s Entertainment Center, 246 Main St. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and the tournament will run from 1 to 5 p.m. There is a
$55 entry fee.

Pizza contest

OXFORD — The Oxford Recreation Department will host the third annual Pizza Contest from noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 20. The department is seeking pizza restaurants to commit to donating three large pizza for the contest. The winner will receive the traveling plaque. To participate, contact Pam Lovely at 539-4563.

Worship service

SOUTH PARIS — All are welcome to Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Road, on Sunday, Feb. 14. Sunday School will start at 9:15 a.m. and worship service will begin at 10:15
a.m., followed by refreshments, coffee and fellowship.

Trustee meeting

BETHEL — The Bethel Water District trustee meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 16, will be
at the Philbrook Street office.
