FARMINGTON — The driver of an SUV was jailed Tuesday morning after his SUV was totaled when it struck a utility pole on Perham Street.
Paul D. Kabatznick, 26, of Farmington was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence after the accident at about 2 a.m., Farmington Detective Marc Bowering said. He was taken to the Franklin County Detention Center and posted $3,000 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in court March 18.
The pole had little damage, Bowering said.
