Assault:

On Jan. 31 — 2:02 p.m., officers responded to a complaint on Cumberland
Street of two subjects fighting. No charges were filed as the victim
refused to cooperate.

Criminal Mischief:

On Feb. 3 — 12:07 p.m., officers responded to a complaint on Forest
Avenue of a 14-year-old male juvenile doing approximately $150 damage
to a desk. The victim is requesting to press charges and restitution
for the damage to the desk. Case has been sent to Juvenile Intake for
review.
