FRYEBURG — Girl Scouts of Maine will offer a Baby-sitting 101 training program for girls in grades five through eight. The training will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, March 9 and 10, at Molly Ockett Middle School.

The program will include: getting a baby-sitting business started, play time ideas for children of all ages, understanding the likes and dislikes of children, troubleshooting and solutions to the most common problems a baby sitter faces and
Baby-sitting 101 certification.

The cost of the program is $5 for currently registered Girl Scouts and $17 for non-Girl Scouts, which includes a $12 Girl Scout membership fee. Membership assistance is available for the fee.

Space is limited. Preregistration along with payment is necessary by Friday, Feb. 26.
