MEXICO — The following incidents were handled by the Mexico Police Department.

Arrest

Jacob Daigneault, 20, of Canton Point Road, Dixfield, operating after suspension, at 6:18 p.m. Feb. 6 on Main Street. He was released from the Mexico Police Department on $300 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on April 6.

Accident

Vehicles driven by Denise Kidder, 35, Webb River Drive, Dixfield, and Lee Anne Bradbury, 46, Francis Place, Carthage, collided at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 5 on Main Street. Kidder’s 2005 four-door Nissan sustained $3,500 damage. Bradbury’s 2010 four-door Mazda sustained $2,000 damage.

Vandalism

A Carlton Avenue resident reported at 12:31 p.m. Feb. 10 that someone the night before had poured oil over the exterior of his 1993 Jeep Cherokee as it was parked in his driveway. Police have a suspect.

Theft

Mountain Valley Middle School reported the theft of a laptop computer, valued at $1,300, at 9:46 a.m., Feb. 8.
