Arrests

Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on March 2 in Rumford District Court:

• David Giberson, 45, Rumford, Rumford police warrant charging trafficking in suboxone, a prescription drug used to treat opiate addiction, 9:55 a.m. Feb. 10 on South Rumford Road. Giberson posted $500 cash bail and will be arraigned on the felony charge on June 18 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

• Nikki Libby, 31, Rumford, domestic assault, 6:12 p.m. Jan. 31 on Strafford Avenue. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
