LIVERMORE FALLS — The Jay Livermore Falls Seniors met on Feb. 8 at Murray Hall with Chairwoman Shirley Couture presiding.  There were 29 members in attendance. A light lunch was enjoyed, with items brought in by members in observance of Valentine’s Day.

The 50/50 was won by Alyce Demoras and George Doiron. A door prize was won by Jeannette Buck. It was announced that Lois Gordon is out of the hospital and at the Clover Manor in Auburn.

On Monday, Feb. 15, Rebecca Dyer, CEO of Franklin Memorial Hospital, will speak to the group about services available to seniors in the area.   

A Chinese auction followed. Cards and games were enjoyed after the auction.

Those age 55 or over living in the area are welcome to join the group at 1 p.m. Mondays, Sept. through May, for a short meeting followed by some good times.
