• Jeremy Michael Byron, 34, of 12 Bearce St., domestic violence assault, violating condition of release and a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a charge of operating after habitual operator revocation, 9:21 p.m.Thursday at that address.

Accidents

Lewiston

• Cars driven by Elizabeth A. Morrell, 74, of Lewiston and Robert Milfred Rose, 66, of Livermore Falls collided at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Montello and College streets. Damage to Morrell’s 2004 Ford was estimated at $2,000 and was towed; to Rose’s 1996 Chevrolet, $3,500.

• Cars driven by Nancy D. Tremblay, 48, of Lewiston and Rolande Begin, 85, of Lewiston collided at 8:30 a.m. Thursday on Main Street. Damage to Tremblay’s 2003 Subaru was estimated at $3,000; to Begin’s 2002 Hyundai, $3,000. Both cars were towed.
