Yvonne M. Hill

1923 – 2010

RUMFORD — Yvonne M. Hill, 86, of Carthage Road in Carthage, died Saturday, Feb. 13, at Rumford Community Home following a brief illness.

She was born in Rumford on Aug. 5, 1923, a daughter of Mark and Agnes Arsenault. Yvonne was educated in Rumford schools. She was employed for 22 years with Diamond International in Dixfield.

She married Philip W. Hill on Jan. 28, 1967, in Carthage. She enjoyed camping, ceramics and doing crossword puzzles.

Surviving are her husband, Philip W. Hill of Carthage; a sister, Irene M. Poirier of Rumford; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; sisters, Hermine Poirier and Theresa Perry; brothers, Robert Arsenault, John Arsenault, Peter Arsenault, Arthur Arsenault, Joseph Arsenault, Alfred Arsenault and Frank Arsenault.
