BETHEL — The Bethel Area Nonprofit Collaborative will sponsor “Building Bridges: Bethel Area Nonprofit Forum on Collaboration” from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, April 9, at the Bethel Inn Resort. 

The forum will help area nonprofit organizations realize functional ways to build capacity through collaboration, sharing of resources, and optimized local networking. All area nonprofit boards of directors, employees and volunteers are
encouraged to attend.

The day’s activities will include facilitation by consultants, focus groups exploring real and functional ways to begin working with other nonprofits and an introduction and practice session on using a new Internet-based networking tool for local nonprofits. A full lunch will be served.
