Plans are being made for the State VFW Commander Alfred "Al" Michaud’s testimonial, to be held on April 17 at the VFW Post 1603, 588 Minot Ave., Auburn. Guests are expected to attend from four different states and the VFW will use the Fireside Inn as the headquarters hotel, where the Auxiliary will also hold their meetings. The banquet to honor Michaud will be at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at the post home.
