Lorette Allison
1916 – 2010
LEWISTON — Lorette Allison, 93, of 540 College St.., Lewiston, died on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Montello Manor Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Waterville, Aug. 30, 1916, the daughter of Odilon and Laura (Dorval) Plante.
She was a homemaker all of her life. She was very active in her local church. She was an excellent cook, loved traveling, playing cards and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two sons, Roger Chevalier of Las Vegas, Nev., and Charles Allison of New Sharon; three grandchildren, Lillian Chevalier of Las Vegas, Nev., Debra Allison McCullough of Milford, N.H., and Brenda Allison of Winchendon, Mass.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Roland Chevalier in 1990; her second husband, Chesley E. Allison in 1993; three brothers, Raoul, Gerald and Louis Phillippe Plante; and four sisters, Bernadette Chenard, Grace Russo, Lucienne Dupuis and Leatitia McKenna.
