DAR meeting
LIVERMORE — Mary Dillingham Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 10, at Pike’s Corner Oasis, East Livermore, courtesy of member Heidi Barker.

Marine Corps
LEWISTON — The Marine Corps League, Central Maine Detachment, will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at the Multi-Purpose Center, Birch Street. The newly elected and appointed officers will work on programming activities for veterans. All marines are welcome to attend, as well as FMF corpsman.

POLAND — The Food Bank, Route 26, is striving to fill up its cupboards. To make a donation, stop by the food bank from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays or call Linda Laskey at 998-4227.
Bridge play
LEWISTON — The Lewiston-Auburn Bridge Club winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on Feb. 16 were as follows: first, Jeanine Kivus and David Lock; second, Carlene and Bill Hewett; third, Helen Little and Alberta Turner.
Winners on Feb. 17 at Schooner Estates were: first, Jeanine Kivus and David Lock; second, Anna Vitiello and Rosemarie Goodwin; third, Jean and Phil Bird.
Games are played at 9 a.m. Monday and Tuesday and at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. A partner is guaranteed. Call Rosemarie at 754-1431 for information about all duplicate bridge games in the area.
