WILTON — The Wilton United Methodist Church will host the Wilton Warming Center at the Harland Harnden Masonic Hall on the Bryant Road in East Wilton starting Monday, March 1.

The Warming Center will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays during March. Games, soups and snacks are offered along with SeniorsPlus meals.

The Masonic Hall is the site for SeniorsPlus meals, which are served for $3 or a donation. Anyone who would like to reserve a meal during the Warming Center is asked to call Lillian Nile at 645-4416 by the day before the meal.

Anyone who would like transportation to the Warming Center may call Irv Faunce at 645-2198 a day in advance.

The Warming Center, sponsored by Wilton churches, opened in January on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Wilton First Congregational Church. During February, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church members opened their doors on Mondays and Thursdays at the High Street church. The United Methodist will revert back to Mondays and Wednesdays but chose the newly built Masonic Hall for the site.
