FARMINGTON — Paula Buchanan of Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty was honored recently at the Coldwell Banker awards banquet, with recognition as the No. 9 agent in the state. She was also entered into the Sterling Society for her achievements. She had an outstanding year in 2009 and was the top producer for Sandy River Realty.
Buchanan grew up in Wilton and is a graduate of Mount Blue High School in 1974. She ran a seasonal flower business, Bucky’s Flowers, with her father, then later took over the business. She joined her parents in real estate and the Sandy River Realty team in 1985. She is a member of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and the Maine Association of Realtors Mountain Council.
She has two grown children and enjoys traveling and gardening. She lives in Farmington.
