ANDOVER – Beginning Monday, March 1, residents must register their vehicles at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Mexico. Excise taxes may continue to be paid at the town office during regular hours.

Selectmen held a workshop Sunday, Feb. 21, to proof the town report and draft the warrant and audit. The annual town meeting is set for 9 a.m. March 20 at the Town Hall.
