MEXICO – The following incidents were handled by the Mexico Police Department.

Thefts

Prescription narcotic drugs valued at $600 were reported taken from the Walmart pharmacy at 11:03 p.m. Feb. 17. Chief James Theriault said 225 capsules were apparently picked up Feb. 2 by someone who didn’t have a prescription for them. When the person for whom the drugs were prescribed went to the pharmacy to get his prescription, he learned that someone else had picked them up. Police have a lead.

Two registration stickers were reportedly removed from the front and back license plates of a vehicle parked at Sun Valley Circle at 8:10 p.m. Feb. 20. The vehicle owner said they were taken the night before.
