• Vehicles driven by Richard A. Tibbetts, 58, of Wilton, and Michael J. Belanger, 28, of Lewiston, collided at 1:35 p.m. Monday on Center Street. Damage to the 2005 Dodge, driven by Tibbetts and owned by Doreen K. Brown, of South Paris, was estimated at $1,300; to Belanger’s 2000 Chrysler, $1,000.
