RICHMOND – Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Curtis of Richmond are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jocelyn Leigh Curtis, to Erik Ryan Gray, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Gray of Monmouth.

Miss Curtis is a graduate of Lisbon High School and the University of Southern Maine and is currently working on her master’s degree at St. Joseph’s College. She currently teaches at Monmouth Academy in Monmouth.

Mr. Gray is a graduate of Monmouth Academy and the University of Maine and is currently working on his master’s degree at the University of Southern Maine. He also served in the U.S. Army in Iraq and currently teaches at Edward Little High School in Auburn.

An Oct. 10 wedding is planned.
