LIVERMORE FALLS — Announcement is made of the engagement of Chris Cook and Amanda Jackman of Livermore Falls.

Miss Jackman is the daughter of Kevin and Norma Jackman of Livermore and Jeffrey and Tina Mitchell of Chesterville. Her grandparents are Berchard and Sue Jackman of Jay and Jim and Kathy Hyde of Litchfield. She is a 2008 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is a certified nurses aide at Sandy River Nursing Home in Farmington.

Mr. Cook is the son of Debbie Skinner and his grandparents are Phillip and Lorraine Skinner of Norway. He is a graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is employed at Sandy River Nursing Care Center.

The wedding date is set for June 12 at 3 p.m. at Murray Hall in Livermore Falls.
