Horan

LEWISTON — The wedding of Celeste Ronda Langlois and Daniel Fitzpatrick Horan was held at 10 a.m. on Sept. 19 at Holy Family Church in Lewiston. The Rev. Marc Montminy officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Horan is the daughter of Andre and Cecile Langlois of Lewiston. Mr. Horan is the son of Brian and Cynthia Horan of Manchester, N.H.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an Italian satin gown featuring a fitted bodice with Alencin lace overlay waist trim. The sash was accented with antique brocade. The semi A-line skirt was complimented with a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of roses in shades of pink, created by Leo Baillargeon, uncle of the bride.

Ronda Lecompte, godmother of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Julie Laplante, Amanda Baillargeon and Rose Langlois, cousins of the bride, and Brigit Quirk, cousin of the bridegroom.

Greg Kalpakgian, friend of the couple, was best man. Ushers were Eric Ewanco, friend of the couple, David Horan, brother of the bridegroom, and Shawn Langlois, brother of the bride.

A reception followed at the Poland Spring Inn in Poland Spring, after which the couple traveled to Canada. They are residing in Manchester, N.H.

The bride received a bachelor’s degree in human development from Rivier College in Nashua, N.H. and is day care director at Marguerite’s Place, Inc. in Nashua, N.H.

The bridegroom received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and is employed at R.O. Schmitt Fine Arts Clock Auction Company in Windham, N.H.
