Pamela Hallowell-Jordan, a member of Androscoggin Grange 8, recently attended a meeting of Androscoggin Junior Grange 185 and assisted the children in making Valentine’s Day cards to send to soldiers overseas. The group made more than three dozen cards. Hallowell-Jordan and Becky Coleman, who also assisted, are employees of U-Haul and it was through their employer’s program that the children got involved. Pictured with the valentines, in front, from left, are Kaitlyn Bouchard, Brianna Goldrup, Aidan Parmenter, Savannah Hallowell, Riley Parmenter; back, Hallowell-Jordan, holding Dominic Moreau, Cher and Eric Parmenter, Jeanie Hallowell, holding Gabryelle Kunze and Becky Coleman.
