Rena Rose Robinson

1934 – 2010

NORWAY — Rena Rose Robinson, 75, of West Paris went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 3, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Chelsea, April 24, 1934, the daughter of Arthur James and Mildred Degerstrom Cook. She graduated from Oxford Hills High School and attended one and half years at New England Baptist Bible College in South Portland.

She was a child care provider and worked at C.B. Cummings for many years. She had been a volunteer dispatcher for Tri-Town Rescue in West Paris. She worked as a missionary at Black Forest Academy in Kandern, West Germany for two years. She was a member of the Bryant Pond Baptist Church and a past member of Woodstock Senior Citizens. She married Donald Robinson on July 15, 1950.

She is survived by a daughter, Terry Robinson; two sons, Randy Robinson and wife, Sharon and Chris Robinson and wife, Darcy; two brothers, Floyd Cook and Gordon Cook.

She was predeceased by her husband in 1983; and an infant son, Jeffrey Robinson, Oct. 4, 1961.
