MEXICO — The Red Hat Mommas of Western Maine held their annual meeting on Feb. 24 at the Mexico Recreation Center.
Twenty-four ladies were in attendance for the meal and meeting. Four birthdays were recognized with the “Happy Birthday” song. The co-queen read a story and led the group in some cryptogram games. Prizes were given to the winners.
The traveling teapot exchange was made for March. A trip to Harvest Hill Farms in Poland, for Maple Sunday, will be on March 28 for those who want to go. A head count is needed no later than Wednesday, March 24.
The next meeting will be held on Thursday, April 1, with lunch at the Green Ladle in Lewiston. The cost in $9 and those attending should sign up by Friday, March 26.
