AUGUSTA – Many state government offices will be closed Friday, March 12, as a cost-saving initiative planned in the state’s current budget.
This is the eighth of 10 shutdown days for this fiscal year, which ends June 30. The others are Tuesday, April 20, and Friday, May 28.
