LEWISTON — For the sixth consecutive year, Staples is offering to make customers up to 30 pages of free tax return copies during tax season.

The free service will begin March 27, a week earlier than last year, and will continue through the filing deadline of April 15.

The company increased the number of copies it would make from 20 to 30 this year, according to a company statement, to help accommodate the additional tax credits available to taxpayers, including the first-time home buyers incentive and benefits from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
